Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirmation to acknowledge receipt of your order. Please note that this confirmation does not guarantee that your order has been accepted or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund if necessary.

Processing times for any orders can take 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing your order could be further delayed during restocks, new launches, promotions etc.

We offer some shipping options depending on the destination. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. We have several fulfilment centres globally. If our fulfilment centres do not have available stock, we will ship your order directly from our manufacturers. 

Shipping can be delayed due to a shortage of staff, a high volume of orders, out-of-stock products or any economic changes that could impact global shipment.

All products on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that the products listed on our website are in stock, but in the event that a product is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to cancel or modify your order.

When you have placed an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking number.

This can take up to 2 days to activate. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please email our customer service team at help@sntjewellery.com

Note: We do not ship to PO BOX Addresses, please supply a valid street address to ensure you will get your order at the right place and time.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

Shipping costs that were applied in checkout are non-refundable. 

Please email our customer service team at help@sntjewellery.com with your order number, tracking number and why you are requesting a refund. This will give us an indication of what to improve for our future product and service. Our team will likely respond in 24-48 hours, excluding weekends or holidays.

Lastly, receiving the refunded amount, it can take up to 10-15 working days. Please be patient as we will try to process any refund that's been requested quickly as possible. 

Unfortunately, this is unlikely. While we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner, we would like to clarify that we do not take responsibility for courier delays that may occur during the shipping process.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the courier and we have no control over their operations. We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we cannot be held responsible for any courier delays or disruptions that may occur.

Please be aware of our cancellation policy as once an order has been placed and confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. Due to this, we are unable to cancel your order. This is put in place to ensure that we provide the highest level of service to all of our customers and to maintain efficient order processing and delivery times. Once you have received your order, you are welcome to make a return with us.

We will not offer any refund or exchange of your items due to your pre-existing sensitivities and or allergies.

We use materials such as stainless steel, gold plating, and rhodium plating to ensure that our jewellery maintains its beautiful appearance for as long as possible.

Please note: Proper care and maintenance of our jewellery is also important in ensuring its longevity. We recommend storing your jewellery in a dry and cool place when not in use, avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, and gently cleaning it with a soft cloth or specialised jewellery cleaning products when needed.

While we stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that they will not tarnish under normal use and care, we cannot guarantee that they will never tarnish. Factors such as environmental conditions, body chemistry, and the frequency of wear may affect the appearance of your jewellery over time.
